asked the Secretary for Mines whether, having regard to the fact that Section 76 of the Coal Mines Act, 1911, and Statutory Regulations and Orders, 106 A.B., 107, 108, 109 A, 110, 111, and 112 are not carried out at Adventure colliery, in the county of Durham, he will institute proceedings in order that the regulations in relation to health can be carried out?
