§ The Financial Secretary to the Treasury (Lieut.-Colonel Colville)The approximate amount of Entertainments Duty collected at the reduced rates under Section 1 (3) of the Finance Act, 1935, during the 12 months ended the 28th February, 1938, was £1,150,000. No information is available as to what proportion of this sum is in respect of seats over and under 5s., respectively.
