Would the Prime Minister tell us what business it is proposed to take to-night in the event of the Motion for the suspension of the Eleven o'clock Rule being carried?

The Prime Minister

We are submitting the Motion to suspend the Eleven o'clock Rule in order to make certain of obtaining the necessary Air Votes, after Mr. Speaker has been moved out of the Chair.

Motion made, and Question put, That the Proceedings on Government business be exempted, at this day's Sitting, from the provisions of the Standing Order (Sittings of the House)."—[The Prime Minister.]
