§ Mr. BurginI hope that early in the new financial year work will begin on the reconstruction of this section, except the Loughton by-pass. With regard to this by-pass, I have ordered a public inquiry with a view to making an Order under Sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Trunk Roads Act.
