asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is yet in a position to announce the names of the Film Council?

Yes, Sir. With my hon. and gallant Friend's permission I will circulate particulars of the membership in the OFFICIAL REPORT.

Can the right hon. Gentleman give the name of the chairman?

Mr. Stanley

I answered a question on that point some weeks ago.

Is there a woman on this Council?
