asked the Prime Minister whether the House will have an opportunity to discuss the report of the Rae Committee?

Until the report of the Committee has been received, I am not in a position to make any statement.

May I ask whether, in the event of this Committee reporting during the Recess and executive action being taken on the report, the House will nevertheless have an opportunity to debate the report in due course?

I cannot give a pledge about that. I have not considered it.
