§ Earl WintertonI am glad to be able to report that in both Provinces agreement has been reached between the Governors and their ministers, and the ministers have accordingly withdrawn their resignations.

§ Earl WintertonIt would be difficult to do so within the limits of an answer to a question. A full statement appeared in the Press, and also in a White Paper published last week.
§ Mr. SorensenWill there be a subsequent anouncement in regard to the release of the prisoners?
§ Earl WintertonNo, Sir, I do not think there will be a subsequent announcement to this House. Speaking generally—and this answers the hon. Member for Bridge-ton (Mr. Maxton)—each case will be considered on its merits. That is the essence of the agreement which has been reached.
