asked the Minister of Labour whether the Government have yet decided to participate in the work of the proposed permanent international works committee which is to be set up in compliance with the resolution on planning of public works in relation to employment adopted by the 23rd International Labour Conference?

Mr. E. Brown

His Majesty's Government will participate in the first meeting of the committee, which is of a preparatory nature.
