Mr. MacDonaldI shall not be able to say until we know when the Palestinian 1977 delegation has been appointed and will be able to arrive. Apart from that, all the arrangements are ready.

Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether it is the intention of the Government to consult with Arab trade unionist organisations or representative bodies of Arab fellaheen in Palestine for the purpose of securing equitable representation at the forthcoming discussions in London?
Mr. MacDonaldI am informed that there are no Arab trade unionist organisations or representative bodies of Arab fellaheen who could be consulted.
