§ Captain WallaceUnder the Industrial Assurance Act, 1923, the Industrial Assurance Commissioner is invested with certain powers, including the power to prosecute or to appoint an inspector, in order to secure the observance of the law relating to industrial assurance, and of these powers he makes effective use. In this connection I would refer the hon. Member to paragraph 68 of the Cohen Report.
