§ Mr. ColvilleThe patrol of Orkney waters is carried out throughout the year by the fishery cruiser "Norna" based on Stromness. It is proposed, in addition, to continue during the present winter the use of the drifter which is at present on duty in the area. The question of future arrangements is still under consideration.
