§ The Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs (Mr. Malcolm MacDonald)I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave on 1st November to a question by the hon. Member for Tam-worth (Sir J. Mellor). I am not aware of any developments since that date, though I understand that discussions have been taking place between the Provincial Premier and the Dominion Government.
