50. Mr. De la Bè reasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the fact that certain councils are endeavouring to have poultry houses pulled down under the operation of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1932, he will take steps to protect the small poultry keeper who uses his back garden for this purpose?
§ Sir K. WoodIt is open to any person who is aggrieved by the refusal of a council to permit under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1932, the erection of a poultry house, to appeal to me against such refusal, and any appeal so made would receive my careful consideration.
