§ Mr. ThurtleI wish to raise a point of Order in connection with the rights of Private Members. It will be observed that I have on the Order Paper, a Question, No. 18, addressed to the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, regarding the result of his inquiries into the possibility of obtaining supplies of military aeroplanes from the United States of America and Canada. That question was on the Order Paper yesterday, but I understand—I was not present in the House—that you, Sir, permitted a Private Notice Question to be put on the same subject. I was wondering whether, in the circumstances, you had overlooked my question?
§ Mr. SpeakerI saw some other questions on the Order Paper by other hon. Members whom I consulted, but I am afraid that I overlooked the question of the hon. Member, for which I apologise.
