Mr. David Grenfell (for Mr. James Griffiths)asked the Prime Minister whether the committee set up by the League of Nations early in 1937 to inquire into the question of equal commercial access for all nations to certain raw materials has completed its investigation; and, if so, whether any report has been issued of the findings of the committee?
§ Mr. ButlerYes, Sir. The findings of the committee were published on 8th September, 1937. I am arranging for a copy of the report to be placed in the Library of the House.
