Mr. StanleyThe only discussions during the past 12 months regarding the revision or termination of trade agreements with foreign countries entered into since the introduction of our general tariff were those relating to the commercial agreement of November, 1936, with Italy. That agreement was terminated on 28th March, 1938, and replaced as from that date by a new agreement.
