§ Sir T. InskipThree factories, of the type to which I understand the hon. Member to refer, financed by the Government, have been or are in the process of being established in South Wales at a cost of £525,000. It is regretted that figures for additions to existing plant of private manufacturers in particular areas cannot be given without an undue amount of labour.
