Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the National Health Insurance Act, 1936 (hereafter referred to as 'the principal Act '), it is expedient to authorise any increase in the sums payable out of moneys provided by Parliament under the principal Act in respect of the cost of, and the expenses of administering, benefits thereunder, which may result from the extension of the right to medical benefit under the

principal Act to such persons as may become employed (within the meaning of the principal Act) between the school-leaving age and the age of sixteen.
