BrownOwing to the wide variation in the percentages of unemployment in the Special Areas it is not possible to make such a comparison except by taking the average rate of unemployment which I think would be misleading. The percentages of unemployment for practically every Employment Exchange area are given in the Local Unemployment Index of which there is a copy in the Library. If I can help the hon. Member in any particular I will gladly do so.
