Lord StanleyI am aware that a conference of Muslims at Allahabad passed a resolution of the nature indicated, though this resolution must not be taken as representative of Muslim feeling generally. I am unable to state the number of political organisations that do not support Congress policy. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
