asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he can make any statement as to the effects of the Oslo trade convention on British trade with the signatory countries?

I have not yet received the text of the Agreement, although I have seen reports in the Press. As soon as the text is received, the question of the effect of the Agreement on United Kingdom trade will he examined.

Can the right hon. Gentleman give any indication as to when he will be in a position to give an answer?

How does the right hon. Gentleman propose to get this Agreement? Will it automatically come to him for his examination?
