On a point of Order. I wish to ask your Ruling as to whether it is in order for hon. Members to shout "No" and vote "Aye"?

The hon. Member should have raised that point before the figures were announced from the Chair. The Rule of the House is that a Member is bound by his voice. The figures having once been announced from the Chair, it is now too late to correct them.
