Mr. StanleyDuring the past 12 months three ships, two of which were of less than 100 tons gross, have been transferred from British to Spanish ownership, but I do not know whether the Spanish owners of these vessels are supporters of the Government or of General Franco. I have no information as to the number of foreign ships which have been transferred to Spanish ownership.
