Lord StanleyThe recommendations of the committees mentioned were very numerous and dealt with a variety of matters. Not all of them were accepted, and I am afraid that it is not possible for me within the limits of an Oral Answer to deal adequately with the subject. If the hon. Member will give me some indication of the particular subjects on which he desires information I will make inquiries.
