HC Deb 26 January 1937 vol 319 cc765-6
Mr. Attlee

May I ask the Prime Minister what business it is proposed to take to-day after the first Order has been disposed of?

The Prime Minister

We propose to take the Third Reading of the Beef and Veal Customs Duties Bill, which is exempted business. If the Debate on the first Order comes to an end before 11 o'clock, there are several other Orders with which we would like to make progress in the order I mention—Public Works Loans Bill, East India [Loans] Money Resolution, the India and Burma (Existing Laws) Bill [Lords] and the Chairmen of Traffic Commissioners and Statutory Salaries [Money] Resolutions.
