§ The Secretary of State for the Home Department (Sir John Simon)The Joint Committee have drawn up a list of recommendations which have been embodied in a Memorandum. The National Confederation have issued this to all employers' organisations, urging them to do everything in their power to enlist the active support and co-operation of all employers in their respective industries in securing a diminution of the accident rate among juveniles.
