Mr. Attlee

May I ask whether the Prime Minister has any statement to make about the Special Areas Bill?

The Prime Minister

Yes, Sir. It has now been decided that the Special Areas Bill must be founded on a Money Resolution. The terms of the Money Resolution will be handed in at the Table on Monday, and I hope that a White Paper explaining the Government's proposals with regard to the Special Areas will be available to Members in the Vote Office soon after Questions?
