Mr. Manderasked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of the fact that numbers of unskilled labourers in South Staffordshire are not receiving the wages to which they are entitled by collective agreements, he will state what steps he is taking to secure the payment of proper rates; and whether publicity can be given to these rates by posting them up in Employment Exchanges?
