§ Viscount CranborneOn 25th January, the Council recommended to the attention of the Advisory Committee for Communications and Transit a resolution on the subject of calendar reform passed by the International Labour Conference last June. The Chilean representative presented to the Council a draft Convention which was also referred to the Advisory Committee, with the suggestion that it should be brought to the notice of Governments.
