§ Viscount CranborneThe Anglo-Italian Declaration provides for no guarantees in respect of the Yugoslav or any other frontiers. It merely states that the two Governments disclaim any desire to modify or, so far as they are concerned, to see modified the status quo as regards national sovereignty of territories in the Mediterranean area.
§ Mr. BellengerHas the Noble Lord information whether the Italian Government have given any definition of this Agreement to the Yugoslavian Government since it was signed?
