asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he intends to introduce legislation based on the proposals of the Joint Committee of Cotton Trade Organisations during this Session?

The proposals submitted to me are being considered, and I hope soon to give a reply to the Joint Committee of Cotton Trade Organisations.
