asked the President of the Board of Trade which of the Governments that were represented at the Convention for Safety of Life at Sea in 1929 have failed to ratify the Convention; and whether they have given particulars or any reasons?

Mr. Runciman

All the Governments represented at the Conference have ratified the Convention.

Mr. Day

Was the Convention ratified without reservations?

Mr. Runciman

As far as I know, without reservations.
