Sir Nicholas Grattan-Doyleasked the President of the Board of Trade whether in view of the sub-unit holders of a fixed trust having been asked by its managers to exchange into a different form of trust, he will, pending the introduction of unit trust legislation, take power to require in such cases that the unexpired loading and service fees and escrow provision already received from the fixed trust sub-unit holders shall be returned in cash and that the names of the directors of the proposed different form of trust shall be disclosed?
