Resolved, That, as from the twenty-first day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, with a view to the fulfilment of the Agreement made on the twenty-third day of February, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and His Majesty's Government in the Dominion of Canada, the duty of customs chargeable under Section three of the Finance Act, 1925, shall cease to be charged on reed organs (including harmoniums) imported complete, being Empire products within the meaning of Sub-section (1) of Section eight of the Finance Act, 1919, as amended by any subsequent enactment. And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913.
