§ 63. Mr. Banfieldasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the anxiety caused by the postponement of the inquiry under the provisions of the Housing Act, 1936, fixed for 6th April, 1937, in respect of the Fulham Borough Council Avenues 2, and 3 areas scheme; and whether he will expedite the findings of the inquiry so that the submission of the re-development plan shall not be delayed beyond the statutory period?
§ Sir K. WoodI have received representations on this matter. The inquiry has now been fixed for 20th April and, as I have assured the borough council, my decision will be given with all possible expedition after the report of the inquiry is received.
