I beg to move, in page 34, line 47, at the end, to insert: Section 6.—In Sub-section (2) for the words 'upon the application of a highway authority,' there shall be substituted the words 'by the Minister on his own initiative.' This is a Government drafting Amendment to make more clear the reference in Section 6, Sub-section (2) of the Bridges Act, 1929.
