I beg to move, in page 43, line 17, after "in," to insert "Part I of."

This Amendment, again, is put down for the sake of clarity.

In page 44, line 16, after the first "road," insert: or by a local authority for the purposes of functions in relation to the road under any of the enactments mentioned in Part I of the Third Schedule to this Act.
