§ Mr. E. BROWNI understand that the National Joint Council for Dock Labour and its standing advisory committee have had this question under consideration, and that recommendations may be expected shortly. I will consider these recommendations as soon as they are received.
§ Mr. BROWNI am, but as the hon. Member and the House know, this is one of the most difficult problems in the whole range of insurance.
