§ Mr. E. BROWNI assume that the reference is to a scheme for payment for wet time under Section 72 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1935. In the first instance the matter is one for employers and workpeople in the building industry. Discussion is taking place between representatives of the industry and officials of my Department, with a view to assisting the industry to formulate a scheme.
