§ Mr. R. S. HUDSONIn accordance with the provisions of Section 110 of the Local Government Act, 1929, an investigation has to be made before the end of March next, in consultation with the associations of local authorities, into the method of distribution of the block grants payable under the Act, and a 1910 report of the result of the investigation laid before Parliament. This investigation is now in progress.
