HC Deb 19 November 1936 vol 317 c1909
53. Mr. GALLACHER

asked the Minister of Health whether he will consider the introduction of amending legislation to the Blind Persons Act, 1920, whereby the discrimination exercised at present against those blinded in industry who, in many cases, receive smaller benefits than other sections of blind persons, shall cease?

Mr. R. S. HUDSON

My right hon. Friend is not aware of any such discrimination, but if the hon. Member will furnish particulars of any case he has in mind, my right hon. Friend will be happy to look into the matter.
