Mr. KELLYasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the conditions at the West Norfolk Farmers' Chemical Company's works at Saddlebow Road, King's Lynn, which result in injury to the health of the people in the works and in the neighbourhood by the emission of fumes and smoke; and whether he will take steps to deal with these unhealthy conditions?
