I beg to move, in page 25, line 22, after "material," to insert "in relation to any fact or particular."

This is a drafting Amendment to make clear to what the word "material" has a definite relation.

Further Amendment made: In page 25, line 43, at the end, insert,— (3) For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that in this Act the expression loss or damage,' and in section nine of the principal Act the expression 'damage or loss' include, in relation to persons, loss of life and personal injury."—

Clause 31 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
