Can we have an explanation of this Clause? It appears to deal with land vested in various Departments.

§ The ATTORNEY-GENERAL
It is rather a complicated matter, but the effect of the Clause is to give power with regard to the management and disposal of land which is vested in the Secretary of State for the purposes of civil aviation.
