§ 39. Mr. COMPTONasked the Minister of Transport whether he will consider the question of issuing an order prohibiting the parking of vehicles on the side of the road facing the traffic at all times of the day and night or, alternatively, of prohibiting under penalty the parking of vehicles at nighttime with their lights facing the oncoming traffic?
§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI would refer the hon. Gentleman to Section 50 of the Road Traffic Act, 1930, to paragraph 43 of the Highway Code, and to the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulation, 1936.
