§ Lieut.-Colonel MUIRHEADOwing to the various differences between the two schemes the percentage costs of administration in respect of unemployment insurance and unemployment assistance cannot be given on a strictly comparable basis. I am, however, circulating a table which gives these costs for the current financial year together with other particulars.
