§ Mr. RUNCIMANI am aware of the statistics to which my hon. Friend refers, which are apparently estimates based on the official trade returns. I fear I am not satisfied that the results of such calculations would justify the expenditure of time and labour involved in compiling official monthly estimates at the present time.
