26. Mr. LIDDALL

asked the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department whether he is aware that the importation into Latvia of Diesel oil engines of British manufacture has been prohibited; and whether, in view of paragraph 2 of Part I of the protocol attached to the trade agreement with Latvia, he has taken any steps to have this matter rectified; and, if not, whether he will do so?
