§ Kingdom manufacture is not prohibited but that licences for the importation from all countries of Diesel engines of certain sizes were for a time withheld. I am glad to say, however, that this restriction has now been withdrawn, and licences have quite recently been granted for the importation of a number of such Diesel engines from the United Kingdom.
