§ 19. Sir A. WILSONasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will consider laying before Parliament a comprehensive collection of reports by British Consular officers in Ethiopia, and of reports received from the Governor-General of the Sudan, and the Governor of Kenya relating to conditions in Ethiopia during the past 10 years for the guidance of Parliament if, and when, the future administration of Ethiopia comes under consideration
§ Viscount CRANBORNEI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the correspondence which has already been laid in Command Papers 1858 (1923), 2553 (1925), 3217 (1928) and 4153 (1932). His suggestion will be borne in mind in the eventuality which he suggests.
